Copyright & Content Rights Policy
This policy explains content ownership, prohibited copying, and how copyright owners can report material they believe is infringing.
1. Our content and license
After Dark Dramas videos, artwork, scripts, music, audio, branding, software, and page designs are owned by or licensed to the service. Viewers receive only the limited personal streaming license described in the Terms of Use. Downloading, recording, reposting, public performance, resale, or training an automated model with our content is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
2. Copyright complaints
A copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe and enough information to locate it, the complaining party’s contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized, and a physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-notices
If legally applicable and material is removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a compliant counter-notice. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the other party and take action required by law.
4. Repeat infringement and misuse
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. False, misleading, or bad-faith notices may create legal liability. Do not use this process for ordinary support, criticism, trademark concerns, or disputes unrelated to copyright.
5. Designated contact
Before public launch, the company must appoint and publish a monitored copyright agent email and physical address and, if relying on the U.S. DMCA safe-harbor process, complete the required Copyright Office designation.
