Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the legal entity identified in the Contact section below (“After Dark Dramas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated through the Legal Center. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create a purchasing account. A person ages 13 through 17 may view only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. The service is not directed to children under 13.

The initial service is intended for residents of the United States and its territories. Availability may depend on content rights, law, payment support, and location. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Unless we expressly offer household profiles, an account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared outside your household.

After Dark Dramas provides fictional, short-form entertainment, including AI-assisted productions, that may contain mature themes, violence, suspense, strong language, or other material unsuitable for some viewers. Ratings and descriptions are informational and may not identify every sensitive element.

Titles, episodes, release dates, languages, features, quality, and availability may change because of licensing, legal, technical, or editorial reasons. Access requires a compatible device, supported browser, and adequate internet service. You are responsible for internet or mobile-data charges. We do not guarantee that a particular title will remain available.

VIP Weekly is a recurring subscription. The price, taxes, billing interval, and included benefits are shown before purchase. The current test offer is $9.99 USD plus applicable tax every seven days. Unless you cancel before the next renewal, you authorize After Dark Dramas and Stripe to charge the saved payment method for another weekly billing period.

VIP access begins when payment succeeds. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated method, or pause access. You can cancel at any time through Manage VIP billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops later renewals. Your account page or Stripe portal will show the effective cancellation date. We may change prices, benefits, or plans. We will give advance notice required by law before a change affects a renewing subscription. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect. Taxes may change without being treated as a plan-price change. Promotional offers may have separate eligibility rules and may be limited using account, device, payment, or contact information.

Coins are limited, revocable digital credits usable only for eligible After Dark Dramas content. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or property; have no cash value; and cannot be transferred, resold, gifted, or redeemed for cash. Purchasing coins provides a license to use them inside the service, not ownership of the platform or content.

The coin cost is displayed before an episode is unlocked. An unlock applies only to the account that completes it and remains subject to content availability and these Terms. Purchased, promotional, and reward coins may have different conditions. Promotional coins may expire if disclosed when awarded. We will address unused purchased coins as required by law if the service closes.

Some viewing may be offered in exchange for completing advertisements. Ad availability, length, frequency, and eligibility can vary. An ad completion does not guarantee a reward when playback is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or cannot be verified.

Daily or weekly rewards and signup offers may have limits disclosed in the offer. We may withhold or reverse rewards connected to duplicate accounts, bots, manipulated ad completion, device or payment abuse, chargebacks, or technical error. We may use proportionate account, device, network, payment, and activity signals to protect the program, subject to our Privacy & Data Policy.

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access the service and stream authorized content for personal, noncommercial viewing in an authorized territory while access remains valid. Content is licensed, not sold.

You may not publicly perform, record, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, sublicense, scrape, download unless expressly allowed, remove notices, bypass geographic, playback, advertising, account, security, or payment controls, use automated viewing or reward tools, reverse engineer the service, introduce malicious code, or use the service or its content to train or evaluate an automated or machine-learning system without written permission.

The service, brand, interface, videos, artwork, scripts, music, audio, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to After Dark Dramas and protected by law. No ownership rights pass to you.

If you believe material on the service infringes your copyright, follow the instructions in our Copyright & Content Rights Policy. Knowingly submitting a false report may have legal consequences.

Payments, authentication, hosting, video delivery, advertising, and links may involve third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for an unrelated third party’s products or actions, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may reasonably restrict, suspend, or close access for material violations, fraud, security threats, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to users or the service. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending an account does not erase payment obligations or provisions that by nature survive termination.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, After Dark Dramas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these Terms for changes to the service, law, security, or business operations. Material changes will receive advance notice when required. Account, payment, security, and policy notices may be sent electronically to the email associated with your account or displayed in the service.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the service. We may assign the agreement as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale; you may not transfer it without consent.

These Terms do not currently require private arbitration or waive class-action rights. Before public launch, qualified counsel should select governing law and a dispute process appropriate to the company’s formation and operating state. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The final version must identify the complete legal entity name, physical mailing address, monitored support email, and copyright contact. Until those details are published, this test-site policy is not ready for consumer transactions.
