U.S. State Privacy Notice
This supplemental notice describes privacy rights that may apply to residents of certain U.S. states and will be finalized as the service’s launch footprint and data practices are confirmed.
1. Notice at collection
We may collect identifiers, account details, commercial and payment-related records, viewing and preference information, internet or device activity, approximate location derived from IP address, communications, and inferences used for recommendations, security, or fraud prevention. The Privacy & Data Policy explains sources, purposes, disclosures, and retention.
2. Business-purpose disclosures
We may disclose relevant categories to payment processors, authentication and database providers, hosting and video-delivery providers, security and fraud vendors, communications providers, professional advisers, and government authorities when legally required. We do not permit service providers to use information outside their services for us except as allowed by contract and law.
3. Sale, sharing, and advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Before enabling technology that qualifies as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will update this notice and provide required opt-out controls. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
4. Your rights
Subject to eligibility and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where state law permits.
5. Exercising rights
Before public launch, After Dark Dramas must provide at least one monitored privacy-request method appropriate to its size and legal obligations, document its verification process, support appeals where required, and honor recognized universal opt-out signals for covered browser activity. We will not discriminate against a viewer for exercising applicable privacy rights.
6. Financial incentives
Coins, daily rewards, promotional offers, or ad-supported access are service features. If any future program is considered a financial incentive or price difference tied to personal information under applicable law, we will provide a separate notice describing its material terms and obtain any required opt-in consent before enrollment.
